Pleased with my watch and the website look forward to many years use good that they were able to price match for me and the finance added up
Delivery dpd Monday first attempt waited in all day they said they had attempted but I am certain no attempted delivery was made
From that night on phone line was down for rest of week so no internet no way of checking when next attempt would be so with me being at work I assumed when internet was back on I would need to collect from my nearest collection point as I would of used all my 3 attempts up as no one to take delivery as it couldn’t be left valuable so fair enough no one’s fault local town visited everyday
But the Wednesday night I was horrified to find it in view at the front door I never checked Tuesday because it couldn’t be left so just never thought when internet was back on found out delivered Tuesday so nearly 2 days out unattended I know it is not websites fault as they rely on good practices carried out by which ever 3rd party they chose but it is not great or ideal on dpds part in my opinion

Great service from First Class Watches, despite lock down. Victorinox I.N.O.X. Mechanical is better than expected. Although it is larger watch than I would normally wear, it sits well on my wrist. Strap was a little fiddly at first however is fine now that I’m used to it. The blue face makes it stand out from others and manages to look rugged and elegant at the same time. Quality all the way.

I bought this Victorinox INOX mechanical watch from Firstclass Watches and there name says it all! First Class customer service. First class delivery. And now to the watch itself...... I've had many watches in my time from all different brands and makes. This particular watch is that good I'm even thinking of selling my Omega Seamaster 300m Professional. Let me explain the Swiss quality for the money your actually paying is second to none. The build quality the style and all the features you get pound for pound are just 10/10. I like the wooden strap but I've changed that for a Sailcloth one due to being water resistant. Ok this watch is never going to beat my Omega in a head to head fight. that's why my Omega is almost £4k more expensive. But because this Victorinox watch is that good I don't think my Omega will get any wear time on my wrist to be fair? Its really that good. This Victorinox is like having two watches in one! Take the bumper guard off and you've got a classic dress watch. Put the bumper guard back on and you've got a watch that can probably go toe to toe with a G Shock so your not bothered about knocking it around or scared getting it scratched with every day life etc. (Not with the bumper gaurd on anyway.) Like I have been with my Omega for the last 18 months. I think this is a very underrated watch from a very reputable company with great Swiss history. Trust me for what you are actually paying and what you are actually getting on your wrist I honestly think there is not one watch on the market today that can match this one for Price, Quality, Features and Heritage!

I’d heard about this watch online and decided to take a flyer and buy it! I’m so glad I did as it really is a beautiful watch. First class was the cheapest buy at least £50 and I received it the next day. I would give this specific model 10/10 and can only say if you’re thinking of buying one go for it! You won’t be disappointed.

3 times when I bought watches this company. Highly recommended. Excellence service. 5star service. Delivered my new Victorinox watch Friday morning and Saturday morning arrived my parcel.
