As is sometimes the case, things didn't work out as hoped for, but First Class Watches were very understanding and professional.
So, although things didn't go as planned on this occassion, I'm grateful to FCW for the way they resolved the issue and as a result, I will not have any hesitation in shoppng with them again and based on my experience, I recommend them.
For resolving the issue, FCW get 5 stars, but there was a problem so overall, 4 stars.

First time purchasing from First Class Watches and I was really pleasantly surprised.
Watch arrived within two days of purchase by Royal mail special delivery.
Watch looks even better than the online photos show.
I'll keep first class watches as my preferred place to buy

Bought Frédérique Constant Moonphase for sons 40th on Christmas eve, service and delivery excellent. I’m sure he’ll post a review regarding the watch itself upon receipt

I have bought a few items from First Class Watches. I go back to them because they have excellent service, a competitive price with other companies, and the goods arrive when they said they would. In this case, it was a replacement strap for my Garmin Fenix.
Woudl defintly recomend using them
