Great time piece, very happy with this watch thank you.

A great looking watch that seems right for any setting. The bracelet is comfortable and other straps work well too.
Overall very pleased with the purchase and service from First Class.
Just to note that I requested a bracelet adjustment and added an accurate wrist measurement with my order, but the bracelet arrived with too few links and I had to add two more. No big deal but just some constructive feedback.
Also worth a mention is Seiko's lack of quality control - there were two quite visible specks of dust under the watch glass. Luckily I'm used to working on watches and was able to open it up and remove the dust myself, but not everyone could do that and I would have sent the watch back otherwise.

I spent a lot of time choosing my new Seiko 5 Sports Watch, and am not disappointed! It is a wee beauty and the day/date was straightforward to set once I found a good internet site which explained the procedure. (Basically to set the time, then day and date to your previous day and date. The watch should roll forward to the current one, overnight.

I love the weight and look of the little Seiko 28mm, and removal of 4 bracelet links to fit my wrist cost just £5 at the local key shop, and took the operator under 5 minutes to complete.

The only caveat is - I bought the watch so I could quickly check the day and date, but depending on your eyesight - the writing is tiny! My eyesight is only just starting to adjust to this but may be just me, hence the 4 stars for style.

The price point for this lovely wee watch was good for me, and I took advantage of the company current discount when ordering. I was kept informed of the delivery progress and it arrived just 48 hours after placing the order - excellent service and I'll be recommending FCW to friends, for sure!

I wish all transactions were as easy as my purchase was when looking for something that falls into the catalogue held by first class watches it will always be my first stop....thanks

My Citizen Ecodrive white dial watch was delivered by dpd within 24 hours of ordering it. Impressive! The watch itself also lives up to expectations. Sitting in our south facing room on a couple of sunny days it was fully charged very quickly and now maintaining absolutely accurate timing. Very satisfied with every aspect of my purchase.

Upgraded to a Garmin Fenix 8 recently. Was a little hesitant as to whether to use this company but I needn’t have worried. Kept fully updated with the delivery (RM Special next day delivery) and the price was just below the other companies I looked at. Can’t fault them really!
