Just received silver mesh bracelet for my mondaine watch. The watch was purchased from you some months ago. Thought I would change the black leather strap for the silver mesh bracelet for the summer months. Am so pleased with it. Love the easy way to change the strap too. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. There was a slight hiccup with my preferred payment method which delayed the dispatch of my order so I was initially a bit cheesed off about that but as it turned out if that hadn't happened I would never have found out how great the Customer Support is, putting a real face on my shopping experience rather than some faceless online purchase. The prices are better than anywhere else I found and they even accepted my "Offer" which was £20 under the already "Sale" price. That saying of "If it's too good to be true it probably isn't" definitely does NOT apply to First Class Watches. My order was speedily dispatched once the payment went through.

Superb product. Long waits now due to Brexit, as it has pretty much destroyed purchasing from Europe.

This competitively priced watch was very easily ordered online. It was very promptly received and set up once you downloaded the detailed instructions from the Lorus site.
There were no instructions included in the packaging, but although the vast majority will know how to get the instructions online a hint for less IT savvy customers would be useful.

Proactive contact from them a day or so after I received it to see if all was OK.
I am very happy with this Classic quartz Lorus field watch.
