I am very pleased with my purchase. I had a budget in mind, but of course the watch that I wanted would have been way to expensive normally. However, FCW had a heavily discounted price which put it nearer my range. I then used the ‘make an offer’ process and FCW knocked a bit more off. It was hard to refuse at that price. It then came next day delivery via Royal Mail. You sometimes wonder if it’s the ‘real deal’ or a fake because the watch box wasn’t covered in cellophane or anything. However, I started it off and synched it with Garmin Express and it is clearly a new watch with first time registration etc. I’m a very happy customer.

The communication was excellent and the delivery time was excellent as well. The bracelet was a perfect fit and the watch was a real bargain and very high quality I would highly recommend them and would purchase from them again. One very happy customer.

Disappointing, very small and cheap looking, much less impressive than all the marketing pictures, would certainly not call it a luxury item and on reflection very much overpriced.
