I received wrong item. Bracelet adjustment was terrible. The product replacement period is so long.

Great product and outstanding customer service

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to this time. After a little wait, I received my Festina Watch and it was beautiful just what I want and came in a lovely box. The level of service from placing my order to receiving it was excellent. I was kept uptodate at every stage. Would definitely recommend to my friends and would purchase from them again.
