I purchased a Garmin Titanium strap from First Class Watches. The price was significantly cheaper than other retailers and the strap was delivery promptly with excellent packaging. Overall an excellent service and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Thanks very much!

I’m based in Egypt and I ordered this watch as a birthday gift for my husband to be delivered to my niece’s house in London. We just received the watch in Egypt, it’s so elegant and the package arrived in perfect condition. The online ordering process was very smooth and the delivery was very fast. My oldest granddaughter is going to her prom soon and wanted these earrings to match the necklace she already has. As she'll be 16 soon we got them as an early present to wear to the prom. She is over the moon with them. I haven't physically seen them as they were delivered to her, but I have to say the price was the best I'd found and the service exceptional, ordered Friday evening arrived Sunday morning no problems brilliant. Thank you. To quote "I'll be back" especially with 3 more granddaughters & a grandson to treat.

Excellent service and watch price from First Class Watches/James Moore &Co with Saturday Weekend Delivery signed for costing £4.80 let down by Royal Mail who now tap on your door as if they're worried about waking you up at 9.30am. Two people at home didn't hear the faint knocking so the watch was delivered by normal postie on Monday yet Royal Mail emailed on Monday morning to say it would be delivered before 1pm as per Special Delivery. I was awake from 8.00am until it was delivered at nearly 2.00pm. Completely Bollocks Postal System.

I have been buying watches from FCW for some years now. Very easy buying experience each time. Website is great to navigate and check-out is simple. The customer service I have experienced from FCW has been impeccable and I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Also, they are eager to help post purchase too, unlike many other watch retailers seem to be.
