Watch arrived on time. Impressed with the service. Very happy with the overall appearance of the watch. Initially experienced difficulty with locking and unlocking the crown but sorted now.

I was apprehensive at first, thought £40 was a lot for a watch, especially thinking she wouldn’t wear it. I couldn’t have been more wrong! my daughter loves it! The design especially, She even wears it to bed, in the shower!! No other watch has had this much attention - her enthusiasm for time reading had quadrupled!! Worth every penny.

The delivery was prompt and timely. The watch itself is as expected. It really is lovely and punches above its weight. It looks like it could be worth four time the cost and still be a bargain. Seiko has become my preferred brand where looks, value, and functionality meet.
