Timex watch for my wife for gardening wear. Excellent service, prompt delivery and a great value watch. So pleased with service, I have ordered a watch for myself.

Great service from FCW. My only complaint is that the warranty card was not completed. Communication about this was excellent though, and a stamped warranty card was sent in the post. I absolutely LOVE my Tissot T-Touch Connect Solar!

I wanted a day date but my budget is very small. I found this watch and have loved the look of it. I did change the strap as the one supplied wasn't a great fit on my wrist. But I guess when you buy budget you shouldn't expect too much. The delivery was excellent and the staff first class.

beautiful watch, stunning shade of blue, excellent service. The only thing I would say is that the provided stainless steel strap supplied by Seiko does not really match the quality of the watch, it feels a little "tinny"

Ordered a Junghans, which had to be ordered from Germany. Was given an ETA of 3 weeks, which I was happy with. Watch arrived 5-6 DAYS later! Excellent.

Watch initially went on back order, but supplied within timescale advised by FCW. Tissot watch was available at a great price and free bracelet adjustment worked perfectly. Would definately recommend FCW as customer service and product as expected. First class result.
