Really pleased with the watch, and First Class Watches, brilliant!

I ordered a Garmin EPIX Pro Gen 2. Unfortunately the watch was too big and heavy for me.
The returns process was just as good as the ordering process - seamless, punctual and professional.
I highly recommend First Class Watches.

I bought a Garmin Fenix ​​8 Pro. It's great. My husband is as happy as a baby.I have several Garmin models, but this one is amazing

The watch is good, does everything you need. BUT.
The casing scratches so easily. I've had it a week, I have only worn it whilst in the office of in bed and the case is damaged, not good quality material. For a "rugged" adventure, outdoor style watch. You'd expect the case to be more hard wearing. G-Shock is better than this.

Happy with watch but sad it came with a black not brown strap and in a cardboard box not the wooden one in the online catalogue

I purchased a Sternglas NAOS Automatic. First Class watches matched the price from Sternglas directly, and then gave me an introductory discount.
I received the watch the day after I paid...outstanding.
It is a beautiful watch with the added nenefit of not paying for batteries. Sternglas have also released a solar watch and I will look out for it on First Class when it becomes available.
Service was outstanding and value for money too.
I will look here first when considering a new watch
