Excellent customer service! I didn't much care for the dark face on the watch I ordered, but after a telephone call where the operative showed enormous patience and forbearance dealing with me whilst I behaved like a complete idiot who could not even navigate a website, I received a watch I really loved! 10/10 Well done, I’m delighted!

First class service. The SSK is excellent and looks a lot more compact than the dimensions suggest. This model is slightly more expensive than the usual Seiko 5 but it is worth it in my opinion. Best price, free next day delivery and free returns if not to your taste. Bracelet was adjusted perfectly, also free. Ordered at 15.10 Friday and was delivered 10.45 Saturday morning.

Fabulous seiko 5 automatic watch delivered next day as I requested
Unfortunately the bracelet was not altered but I was offered a voucher for £15 to go locally
and have links taken out
Local jewller only charge £10 so I'm happy
Would buy from first class watches again
